About 7Diesel Nozzles
Seven Diesel produces nozzles alternative to the original, one of the most sophisticated components of the entire injection system of diesel engines, those function is to inject fuel into the combustion chamber in the form of spray droplets with diameters ranging from 20 to 100 microns. Their line includes more than 2000 types of nozzles for automotive applications, from cars to trucks, from tractors to static engines. They produce pintle nozzles, for indirect injection engines, and hole nozzles, for direct injection engines.
In addition, they are producing a wide and growing range that includes nozzles for highly innovative systems such as:
- Common Rail systems providing a high pressure fuel within a single pipe or common rail that feeds the injectors controlled electronically.
UIS (Unit Injector System), also known as the pump-nozzle system, is a diesel injection system developed in 1994, combining the injection pump and the injector nozzle in a single component.
UPS (Unit Pump System) system was introduced in 1995, the feature of the UPS is that each engine cylinder has a unit pump of its own.
- EUI (Electronic Unit Injector) system was developed in the 1990s, for use in large diesel engines, to meet the challenge posed by increasingly stringent emissions legislation. Two variations are EUP system (Electronic Unit Pump) and HEUI system (Hydraulic Electronic Unit Injector).
We have been representing 7 Diesel since 1995. Their products are considered of high quality and their range is very vast as they are producing all kind of alternatives.
